Actress Jane Seymour is on her way to becoming a real estate millionairess after renovating a derelict Malibu, California mansion and turning it into a $20 million (GBP11.1 million) palace. The Brit and husband JAMES KEACH have spent two years turning the beachside holiday home into a dream getaway with huge, high ceilings, airy rooms and balconies overlooking the ocean. Seymour, who owns one of Britain's top stately homes - 14th century manor house St Catherine's Court - designed the state-of-the-art kitchen and decorated the house with her own artwork and sculptures.
