Sheryl Crow has penned a new cookbook with the personal chef who helped her get healthy following her breast cancer battle.
The singer/songwriter has been so inspired by Chuck White's good food she has partnered with him to get his message to her fans in the book If It Makes You Healthy - a reference to her hit If It Makes You Happy.
Crow admits she's not very good in the kitchen, but she felt compelled to spread her chef's healthy message.
She tells Access Hollywood Live, "One of the reasons I wanted to do this cookbook is that after I was diagnosed with breast cancer five years ago, I changed the way I was eating because I wanted to have a pro-active part in my recovery, as well as my sustaining health and Chuck knew so much about it."
Crow hired White as her cook and he hit the road with the rocker, treating her to the best in healthy food.
White admits his boss was easy to cook for because she was already eating healthy - but her food choices were a little bland and tasteless.
The book features Crow's favourite treats and vegan and vegetarian dishes for kids.
