Singer/songwriter Paul Simon was forced to pull out of a concert at the last minute on Monday (27Jun11) due to ill health.
The Kodachrome hitmaker struggled through his set at Britain's legendary Glastonbury festival on Sunday (26Jun11), later revealing he had come down with a bug.
He hoped to recover in time for his gig at the Bournemouth International Centre (Bic) in Bournemouth, England, but he scrapped the appearance to rest and recover.
Fans who showed up to the venue were disappointed to find a notice announcing the singer is suffering from a respiratory infection and had postponed the date.
The Bournemouth show is one of six of Simon's U.K. dates in a month-long trek across Europe.
