Simon Looks Forward To Possible Blue Reunionby Contributor | 05 December 2008
I'M A CELEBRITY star SIMON WEBBE has said he hopes his stint in the jungle will lead to a comeback for his boyband BLUE.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, the singer said that a reunion is "inevitable", adding: "The fans are saying Take That have done it and everyone else is doing it, so we should, too."
However, he suggested he and former bandmates DUNCAN JAMES, ANTHONY COSTA and LEE RYAN may wait until 2009 or 2010 to get together as their tenth anniversary is coming up.
Webbe also revealed that the other BLUE boys had said the jungle would be good for him.
BLUE member Anthony was the first of the band to take part in I'M A CELEBRITY, in 2005.
Simon was voted out of the jungle on Thursday December 4th, becoming the eighth person to leave.
DAVID VAN DAY was also voted out, leaving soap star JOE SWASH, tennis player MARTINA NAVRATILOVA and STAR TREK actor GEORGE TAKEI to battle it out for the crown.
