Sir Paul McCartney is giving fans the chance to remix his songs by launching an online version of his home recording studio.
The Beatles legend has uploaded four tracks - including the title song from his hit 1973 album Band on the Run - to his official website.
He's utilised digital technology to allow users to adjust the volume of the drums, guitars, keyboards and vocals - and even tinker with the effects and echo levels.
MCCartney is inviting fans to record their own remixes of the tracks and send them to him via the Dropbox file-sharing site - and he's vowed to upload his favourites to Soundcloud.com.
A post on the website reads, "In 1971, Paul and (wife) Linda escaped London to their farm in Scotland. At the farm, Paul had a little studio put in so that he could demo, experiment and make music. That was Rude Studio. Now You can experiment with Paul's music online at NEW Rude Studio."
