The Killers, U2, Bob Dylan and Coldplay are among the names contributing tracks to a new digital music magazine launching on World AIDS Day (01Dec08).
The acts will offer exclusive songs to Red(Wire). All proceeds from subscriptions will benefit HIV-infected people in Africa through rocker Bono's RED charity organisation.
Among the first offerings will be Christmas song Joseph, Better You Than Me, which has been recorded by The Killers, Elton John and the Pet Shop Boys and John Legend's version of Bob Marley's Redemption Song.
