Aerosmith star Steven Tyler insists his upcoming memoirs will upset plenty of people - because he's refusing to hold anything back.
The rocker's autobiography Does the Noise in my Head Bother You? will be released worldwide on 3 May (11), and he is promising fans it will be a must-read.
The book will be Tyler's follow-up to his 1997 Aerosmith memoir Walk This Way.
In the last 14 years, Tyler has split with his second wife, undergone throat surgery, disclosed that he has Hepatitis C and endured a nasty public feud with his bandmates. His first wife also died in that time and he became a grandfather.
He also checked into rehab and was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
The star says, "(The book will be) the unbridled truth, the in-your-face, up-close and prodigious tale of Steven Tyler straight from the horse's lips."
