American TV director BILL GLENN has died at the age of 74 in Palm Springs, California. Glenn passed away at his home on 11 June (07). The cause of his death has not been disclosed, reports the Los Angeles Times. Born in Ottawa, Canada in 1933, Glenn is best known for launching U.S. soap opera The Young And The Restless in 1973. He also directed episodes of Santa Barbara and The Bold And The Beautiful.
