Reunited British rockers The Stone Roses performed their first ever concert in New Zealand on Tuesday (26Feb13).

The group, which reformed for a series of shows last year (12), hit the stage at the sold-out Vector Arena venue in Auckland and delighted the audience with a hits-packed set, including renditions of Sally Cinnamon, Made of Stone and Fools Gold.

However, the show didn't go completely to plan - frontman Ian Brown chastised bassist Gary 'Mani' Mounfield after two false starts to the track Waterfall, while he also struggled to hit the right notes for Shoot You Down, according to local paper the New Zealand Herald.

The Auckland concert served as a warm-up gig for The Stone Roses ahead of their performance at the Future Music Festival in Brisbane, Australia this weekend (02Mar13).

The group has also scheduled a first Coachella festival performance in California in April (13).
