Golfer Tiger Woods is building a huge mansion in Florida with the help of a £35 million mortgage.
Tiger Woods has taken out a mortgage of almost £35 million to finance the mansion he is building on Jupiter Island, Florida.
The golfer - whose rumoured £65 million divorce from Elin Nordegren was finalised last week - filed the legal documents in Martin County, Florida last Friday (27.08.10).
The papers list the sportstar as a "single" man and reveal he will pay back the huge loan by January 15, 2016.
According to gossip website TMZ.com, the property spans across three parcels of land and will include a tennis court, oxygen therapy room, multiple pools and a state-of-the-art fitness centre.
Meanwhile, Tiger has moved into a new bachelor pad in New York.
The father of two - whose marriage ended when he was revealed to have cheated on his wife with a string of women - reportedly kept a low profile while moving boxes and golf clubs into the building by himself last Sunday (29.08.10).
