The Hangover director Todd Phillips has obtained a 10-year restraining order against a woman he had a one-night stand with after she was arrested outside his home in January (13).
Juliana Shiao pleaded no contest earlier this week (ends05May13) to allegations of felony stalking after she was caught outside Phillips' Los Angeles home on 3 January (13).
The 22 year old was told to stay at least 100 yards away from Phillips over the next 10 years, and she must also complete 30 days of community service as well as a year-long psychiatric programme, reports Tmz.com.
In court documents filed earlier this year (13), the filmmaker claimed Shiao began harassing him after they had a "one-night relationship" in 2011. He also alleged she followed him to Las Vegas in November (12) and then visited his L.A. home, where she allegedly damaged his girlfriend's car.
