Although Donald Trump tweeted over the weekend that NBC had renewed his Celebrity Apprentice for another season, the show was noticeably not listed among the network's picks for either this fall or next spring. When that fact was reported by the online Salon magazine, Trump special counsel Michael Cohen fired off an email insisting that the show has been picked up. However, an NBC spokesman told the Associated Press that the network had made no decision about the Trump reality show but would probably do so in a few weeks. Trump himself was in a Chicago courtroom on Tuesday, defending himself against a charge that he engaged in a bait-and-switch strategy to lure investors in his Trump International Hotel and Tower in Chicago.
