Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson won the Best Fantasy Actress and Actor prizes at the Spike TV Scream Awards in Hollywood on Saturday (16.10.10).
'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' won a host of prizes at the Spike TV Scream Awards on Saturday (16.10.10).
Kristen Stewart attended the event to pick up the Best Fantasy Actress honour, while co-star and rumoured boyfriend Robert Pattinson won Best Fantasy Actor.
The film - the third in the vampire movie franchise - also won Best Fantasty Movie, The Ultimate Scream and Breakout Male Performance for Australian star Xavier Samuel.
Blood-sucking vampires seemed to be the order of the day, with Alexander Skarsgard winning Best Horror Actor for his performance as Eric Northman in TV series 'True Blood'.
Mickey Rourke won Best Villain for his performance as Russian bad-guy Ivan Vanko in 'Iron Man 2', while James Cameron was named Best Director for record breaking movie 'Avatar'.
A number of big-named guests made an appearance at the Greek Theatre in Los Angeles for the event, with British singer M.I.A shocking the waiting paparazzi by wearing a burkah emblazoned with 'I Love You', while Kelly Osbourne rocked the red carpet in a polka-dot and lace dress.
Ryan Reynolds also turned up to see his forthcoming comic book-adaption 'Green Lantern' win the Most Anticipated Movie award, while Bill Murray donned his 'Ghostbusters' ghoul-fighting outfit to accept the Best Horror Movie prize for 'Zombieland'.
The Scream Awards will be televised on Spike TV on October 19.
