TV viewership was down at all the broadcast networks Sunday night with no program drawing 10 million viewers, although, with 9.54 million, CBS's season premiere of The Amazing Race came close. Many viewers, analysts supposed, were watching cable -- in particular, the NBA All-Star Game on TNT and The Walking Dead on AMC. Both of those telecasts were expected to top anything offered by the broadcasters. Ratings for them won't be available until at least late today (Monday). Last weekend's episode of The Walking Dead also beat everything on the broadcast networks with 12.3 million total viewers. (With repeats, it was estimated that 17 million watched the episode.)
