Warrant Drummer Undergoes Neck Surgery

Rocker Steven Sweet is recovering at home after undergoing neck surgery on Monday (19Nov12).

The Warrant drummer checked into hospital for the procedure, and his bandmates informed fans of the situation in a post on the group's Facebook.com page.

The message reads, "Our Warrant brother Steven Sweet is having neck surgery... We ask for good thoughts for him as he heals and will not live or rock out in pain. He will be healing for a while and then (will) bring his master drum sounds to the stage to be better than ever. Feel better Steven!!!"

Sweet was subsequently discharged from doctors' care, and a new post on Tuesday night (20Nov12) stated, "Update! Steven is at home and on the mend! His wife will take great care of him as he heals! Great news!"
