Rocker Wes Scantlin is facing more legal trouble after he was hit with a lawsuit over claims he failed to pay his credit card bill.

The Puddle of Mudd frontman has been sued by credit card provider American Express after he allegedly ran up $5,214 (£3,476) worth of charges over four years, without paying them back.

The company is seeking repayment through the courts, according to Tmz.com.

It's the latest problem for the star - a warrant for his arrest was issued last month (Dec13) after he failed to show up to a progress report hearing stemming from his cocaine possession plea deal in 2012.
