Dr. Paul Nassif has filed for divorce from his wife, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof, reports The Seattle PI.
"Adrienne and I tried very hard to make our marriage work. A difficult time," tweeted Naddif. "Sadly, lost my dad yesterday, a man who taught me how to be a man." He first filed for divorce from Maloof in July, but she remained optimistic, and told People Magazine: "we're at that point where it's that bump in the road, [but] we're trying to work things out." Unfortunately, for them, no bumps have been smoothed, and it looks like the divorce will go ahead, despite her best efforts to make the marriage last. Nassif cites "irreconcilable differences" when justifying the divorce, and asks for joint custody of their three children: Gavin and twins Colin and Christian.
The pair are famous for the constant bickering on the Bravo reality show, and whilst it always seemed harmless, the arguments this time appear to be for real. This is the third divorce from a cast member of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills; Cammile Grammer split up with Frasier star Kelsey Grammer and last year during production for Season 2, Taylor Armstrong filed for divorce from her husband, Russell, a month before he committed suicide last August.
