Whitney Houston's final autopsy results have revealed she was found face down in a bathtub with a bloody nose and the remnants of cocaine nearby.

The final coroner's report revealed the late singer's death has been attributed to accidental drowning caused by heart disease and cocaine use.

According to TMZ.com, which obtained a copy of the report, ''remnants of a white powdery substance'' - which was later confirmed to be cocaine - was found in a draw on the base of a portable mirror in her Beverly Hills hotel room.

A ''small spoon with a white crystal-like substance in it and a rolled up piece of white paper'' was also discovered on the counter.

The gossip website also revealed the report showed the late singer's long-term cocaine usage was evident because of a hole in her septum and the chief coroner believes she took the illegal substance shortly before her death on February 11.

Whitney - who was 48 when she passed away - was also suffering from mild emphysema.

The report states: ''The assistant called for her bodyguard, and together they pulled the decedent out of the bathtub.

''[Whitney] possibly overdosed on a narcotic substance, prescription medications, over the counter medications and alcohol.''
