Rapper Will.I.AM has been left fuming after unreleased tracks stolen from his car were leaked online.
The Black Eyed Peas frontman was targeted by thieves who made off with his custom-made, futuristic sports car outside his album launch party in Beverly Hills, California earlier this month (Aug12).
The limited edition vehicle was tracked down and returned three days later, but the star was upset to discover music files he had stored in the car were missing.
He took to his Twitter.com page on Tuesday (28Aug12) to vent his anger after the stolen songs emerged online, while urging fans not to check out the demos and instead wait for him to release the finished products.
He tweeted, "Please don't support leaks... I'm trying my hardest to stay focused on what's important... & these guys will be found... Stop them... Please stop promoting this leak... Don't give the guys who stole my car & files power...
"Why would I put out unfinished songs and ask people not to promote them and constantly take them down from Youtube??? I have to let people know they are watching unfinished not approved leaks that were stolen from me."
The Boom Boom Pow hitmaker also vowed to take action against whoever is behind the leak, adding, "They will be found... I'm so p**sed."
