Actress Evan Rachel Wood was unable to enjoy the Golden Globes celebrations on Sunday night (15Jan12) after security guards banned her family from entering an afterparty.
The star was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Series, Miniseries or Television Film at the event for her turn in TV drama Mildred Pierce, and she took her relatives along to enjoy the glitzy bash in Los Angeles.
Wood tried to take her family along to the glamorous parties after the ceremony, but had to abandon one bash after the doormen refused to allow her guests entry.
In a post on her Twitter.com page, she writes, "I am a nominee and they wouldn't let my family into the parties. Disappointed in this function. Security is so mean. It's awful."
