Jennifer Aniston admits yoga is an "important" part of her life.
The 'Horrible Bosses' star believes in looking after her diet and following a regular exercise regime and says her spirit "goes" if she is unable to find the time to do so.
She said: "I do yoga, yoga is very important. I love it.
"If I'm not doing it, then my spirit sort of goes.
"I try to do some form of exercise, even if it's just for 20 minute a day, so that I get my body sweating and blood pumping."
However, Jennifer admits she isn't always strict with her eating habits but thinks she has found a balanced approach.
She added: "I indulge when I want to indulge - but I guess it's all in moderation and consistency."
The 42-year-old actress - who is dating actor Justin Theroux - insists she doesn't worry about ageing because she feels better than ever.
She said: "I absolutely get more comfortable in my body and in who I am as I get older.
"I was just so awkward and uncomfortable before. I'm way more comfortable now than when I was in my twenties."
