Last year (14), a U.S. judge dismissed Terrence Davidson's $30 million (£18.75 million) lawsuit, in which he accused the Anaconda hitmaker of stealing his multi-coloured wig designs and then reneging on a deal to enter into a business partnership for her trademark hairpieces.

However, a panel of court officials have now granted an appeal, allowing Davidson's case to continue, according to AllHipHop.com.

Minaj is reportedly maintaining Davidson filed the suit in retaliation after losing his famous client.

The rapper parted ways with Davidson in 2013 due to "creative differences".
