Bosses at The Amy Winehouse Foundation have announced plans to open a children's hospice in the tragic star's hometown.
The charity will help staff at the Noah's Ark Children's Hospice build a medical centre in north London, where the singer was born and raised.
The Noah's Ark community service team, which supports kids with life-threatening conditions, has acquired land to launch a headquarters, and will open its doors with donations from The Amy Winehouse Foundation.
Winehouse's dad Mitch tells NME.com, "There is no children's hospice covering Camden, Islington, Enfield. That's where Amy lived and grew up. They've (Noah's Ark) bought the land, we're gonna (sic) help them build it."
