Jude Law is ''addicted'' to 'Breaking Bad'.

The 40-year-old actor is obsessed with the US TV drama - about a high school chemistry teacher-turned-crystal meth producer - and can't wait to find out how it ends.

He said: ''I'm addicted to 'Breaking Bad'. It's the best thing I've ever seen on TV, hands down. It's brilliantly written and acted and it's fantastically distasteful - there's something Shakespearean about how dark it gets. You just can't see how it's going to work out.''

When he isn't watching TV, Jude is preparing to play the title role in a stage production of 'Henry V' and the 'Anna Karenina' star - who portrayed Hamlet last year - has his eye on a number of other Shakespearean roles.

He added to Esquire magazine: ''Next year, I'm doing 'Henry V' with director Michael Grandage at the Noel Coward Theatre in London.

''I was very aware that you should be of a certain age to play Hamlet, he should have a youth to him.

''I think the same with Henry, I turned 40 this year and it felt suddenly relevant. I'd love to play Macbeth and Lear is there at the end of the line.''
