Noel Gallagher wouldn't let neighbour Paul Weller house sit because he fears he would sell his car and smash the television.
The former Oasis rocker lives just around the corner from the 53-year-old 'Town Called Malice' hitmaker, but admits he wouldn't want to leave his home in his hands.
Noel said: ''Can you imagine leaving the keys with Weller? You'd come back and the fridge would be gone.
''He would say, 'All right mate - it got a bit messy round at yours didn't it?
'''We drank the cat, sold the car and smashed the telly up. But I expect I will be forgiven'. And I would be like, 'Oh yeah thanks mate'.''
Meanwhile, Noel, 44 - who is married to publicist Sara MacDonald - wants to take sons Donovan, four, and Sonny, one, over to Ireland to teach them the art of chasing farm animals for fun.
He joked to The Sun newspaper: ''At my grandma's in Mayo we'd run around throwing stuff at cows. See, we don't get cows in Manchester, so if you see one you just throw stuff at them.
''I'm looking forward to bringing my sons over so they can throw stuff at cows as well.''
