Oprah Winfrey is running for the title of world's best boss - the TV mogul has treated her staff to a luxury cruise around the Mediterranean.
The talk show host has paid more than $750,000 (£500,000) to take 100-plus employees and their families on a ten-day holiday.
The ship left Chicago, Illinois on Saturday (20Jun09) and will stop at destinations including Spain, Italy, Turkey, Greece and Malta.
Winfrey will join her staff on the cruise and will cover the cost of their transportation, food, drinks and activities at port stops.
The trip comes four years after Winfrey arranged an all-expenses-paid outing to Hawaii for her workers.
