BIG AIR, BIG TRICKS AND THE PAIN OF THE BIG FALL. THERE IS NO REWARD FOR COMING SECOND IN FREEKSTYLE Freekstyle sets you up for a hell of a fall unless you can handle the gravity defying stunts, jumps, pure speed and adrenaline of the motocross freaks you are racing against. The Freekstyle game challenges you with a series of courses, through rugged and racy terrain. While you battle your bike, you must complete as many tricks as you can before you land (there are over 80 in the game), otherwise points will be deducted but remember you cant slow down!! This game is for the fearless not the faint-hearted! Players can choose from one of eight different characters, each with their own attitude and style. Each character also has a unique personality, bike and outfit. The game also features a unique cast of characters from the freestyle motocross world. Can you score higher in the jumps than Mad Mike Jones? Will the amazing beauty of Miss Supercross and US TV host & model Leann Tweeden distract you from the course at hand? Nine different venues such as Rocket Garden, Crash Pad II and the ultimate big air course, Big Sky will set you higher and higher in your Freekstyle challenges literally! The Freekstyle soundtrack features tracks from Disconnected, the debut album by US band Dry Cell. Influenced by bands such as Slipknot, Misfits and Metallica, Dry Cell are a heavy rock band with a melodic edge. A wicked soundtrack and a barrier-free format make Freekstyle the ultimate adrenaline rush in gaming. One to four players can compete on split-screen head-to-head action and a brand new scoring system will challenge even the most fearless dirt demon! The game is launched on 9 August 2002 on PS2 and early September on the Gamecube. Get yourself ready for the ultimate ride!! |
