Sex Is Not The Enemy

Garbage are set to release ‘Sex Is Not The Enemy’ on June13 th as the second single to be taken from their well-received Top 5 album ‘Bleed Like Me’.

‘Sex Is Not The Enemy’ is one of the most instantly addictive highlights of ‘Bleed Like Me’, with Shirley Manson’s powerful vocals merging with a hard hitting rhythms and rumbling bass to great effect. The previous single to be taken from ‘Bleed Like Me’ was ‘Why Do You Love Me’, a #7 hit and Garbage’s second highest charting single to date.

‘Bleed Like Me’ finds Garbage returning to their original hard rock roots, with highlights such as the dynamic opener ‘Bad Boyfriend’ (featuring DaveGrohl), the piano-led epic ‘Happy Home’ and the darkly themed ‘It’s All Over But The Crying’ all signs of Garbage at the peak of their creative powers.

With 10-million sales to date of their previous three albums, the Gold-selling ‘Bleed Like Me’ heralds another successful chapter in Garbage’s career.

Having recently played a low-key gig at London’s Scala, Garbage return to the UK live arena this summer when they play London’s Brixton Academy on June9 th as well as the Download Festival the following day.
