Holly Valance - Down Boy

To celebrate Holly Valance's eagerly awaited second single 'Down Boy' through London Records on September 23rd, her brand new website is exclusively showing the raunchy new video to 'Down Boy', and has a gallery packed with brand new photos.

Down Boy comes hot on the heels of her No.1 smash 'Kiss, Kiss' which sold over 350,000 copies in the UK.

So far, 2002 has been quite a year for Holly and the success is bound to continue with the release of her debut album on October 14th. An inviting mix of pop, dance and r&b, the album is all you could hope for and more from an artist who loves the likes of Basement Jaxx, Paul Oakenfold and Missy Elliot as much as she loves classic pop. Collaborators on the album include Nellee Hooper, Rob Davis, Phil Thornalley and Biff & Julian.

“If I could have picked my career from the start, I would have gone straight into singing,” she explains. “I love music and I’m very passionate about it. Singing is such a cool experience because you can really touch people with songs and music.”

Holly was born in Melbourne 1983, to an English mother and Yugoslavian father. Broadcast in over 50 countries, ‘Neighbours’ also set Holly on the road to reaching cult status and becoming an international sex symbol.

'Down Boy' is released on the 23rd September.
