Music - On Monday 26 th January, Universal DVD release “ Sheryl Crow – C'Mon America 2003 ” on DVD.

Singer-songwriter Sheryl Crow grew up in Tennessee and began playing piano around age six. With support from her parents, who were big band musicians, she embarked on a career in music shortly after high school, and moved to Los Angeles in 1986 with $10,000 savings, determined to be a musician. She branched out into session work and quickly became a highly respected singer, working with artists such as George Harrison, Bob Dylan, Eric Clapton, Stevie Wonder and Rod Stewart .

Sheryl's solo career began in 1993 with her bluesy debut, Tuesday Night Music Club thanks largely to the success of the single, All I Wanna Do, the album went multi-platinum. Her eponymous 1996 follow-up was equally as successful with the radio hits " If It Makes You Happy," "Everyday is a Winding Road " and " A Change (Will Do You Good) " - this album also went multi-platinum. Most of 1997 and 1998 was spent on the road, playing select dates on the Rolling Stones' Bridges to Babylon tour and performing with the 1998 Lilith Fair . Her third album, The Globe Sessions won Sheryl a Grammy for Best Rock Album .

After wowing audiences with Sheryl Crow and Friends: Live In Central Park (feat. guests Keith Richards, Dixie Chicks and Eric Clapton ), Sheryl encountered problems finding inspiration for her fourth album. Experiencing some writer's block, she found support in fellow female rock musicians Chrissie Hynde and Stevie Nicks . The result was 2002's C'mon, C'mon - a throwback to good-time classic rock of the seventies and proof that Sheryl Crow is in a class by herself.
