The man who was arrested outside Paris Hilton's California home earlier this month (11) has been charged with two counts of felony stalking.
James Rainford was first caught outside Hilton's Hollywood Hills home last October (10) after he was found trespassing on her property.
He was subsequently handed a restraining order, which banned him from going within 200 yards (183 metres) of the star.
However, Rainford is accused of violating the order on 4 July (11), when he was busted outside the socialite's Malibu estate.
Rainford has now been charged with two felony stalking counts and three misdemeanour counts of disobeying a court order, according to the Associated Press.
His bail has been set at $150,000 (£93,750).
Rainford caused another security scare for Hilton earlier this year (11) - he attacked her then-boyfriend Cy Waits outside a Los Angeles courthouse in April (11).
