Paris Hilton has reportedly stepped up security at her beachfront home in Malibu, California following the arrest of a man outside the property on Monday (04Jul11).
James Rainford was detained by Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies after they allegedly found him sitting on the beach, looking into Hilton's house, while the socialite was photographed watching the drama unfold from a balcony.
Rainford is banned from going within 200 yards (183 metres) of the hotel heiress - he was previously arrested in October (10) for trespassing outside Hilton's L.A. home and fighting with her security staff, and this year (11), he was sentenced to jail for attacking her former boyfriend Cy Waits outside a courthouse in April (11).
He was recently released after reportedly serving 24 days of his 227 day sentence, but he is now back behind bars after allegedly breaching the restraining order, according to the Afp.
Hilton has now reportedly hired four new armed guards to patrol her home for the rest of the summer (11) following the scare.
She is also installing a brand new security system in the property, including multiple cameras and motion detectors, according to Tmz.com.
