Pink regrets updating her Twitter.com account after undergoing surgery in May (12) as she has "absolutely no recollection" of the messages she posted.
The pop star had her gallbladder removed after experiencing crippling stomach pains, and she uploaded a picture of herself in a hospital bed onto the microblogging site.
Pink, who was forced to scrap plans for a lavish party for daughter Willow's first birthday while she was being treated, insists she has no memory of the tweet, and wishes her loved ones had stopped her from opening up about her health scare online.
She tells Britain's The Sun, "I am fantastic, amazing - as happy as a clam right now. The only bum out was being in hospital on Willow's first birthday.
"I had spent six months planning her party and told the doctors, 'Do whatever you have to do, but I have to be out of here tomorrow by 10am - I am not cancelling this f**king party.'
"They said, 'Well, you might want to think about cancelling this party, because you are going nowhere in a hurry.' I don't usually tweet revealing pictures but the morphine really doesn't go too well with social networking. I should have had my phone confiscated.
"When I got out of the hospital, I checked my timeline and I had done all this stuff I had absolutely no recollection of doing. Next time someone gives me an anaesthetic they should take away my iPhone."
