Digital Farm Animals Announce 'Bugged Out' Ep Released August 26th 2013

Digital Farm Animals is a young London based electronic producer and artist. Already a regular in the underground dance and club production circuits, he creates a glitzy and melodic fusion of dance and left-field pop, informed equally by 80's synth-funk, the sounds of Kitsune and Ed Banger and classic house and disco, all the while maintaining a contemporary and instantly hook-laden sheen that is distinctly his own.

The three tracks on his new 'Bugged Out' EP see him working with different vocalists, with each turn highlighting a unique and individual hue in the EPs' palate of intelligent party music.

'Adore You' featuring elusive digitized gospel crooner Ofei is simultaneously larger-than-life sounding and emotionally raw, recalling the misty soul-rock of Purple Rain-circa Prince as well as the John Hughes-inspired pop symphonies of M83. 'Bad Idea', featuring up and coming 20-year-old singer Mega, brings together club-savvy soul with baroque android-disco in a euphoria-addled no-mans' land somewhere between Solange and Daft Punk. Elsewhere, 'Creepin', featuring disco-soul heavyweight Tyson, is mutant electro-boogie funk updated for a modern day London house party.
