Ethan Johns will debut new songs from his forthcoming second solo album on a headline tour of the UK later this month.
Johns will hit the road to road-test tracks from his as-yet-untitled second record, recently produced by Ryan Adams at Adams's PAX AM studios in LA.
The new album, expected in early 2014, follows Johns' acclaimed debut solo album 'If Not Now Then When?' released earlier this year through his own Three Crows Records label.
Ethan Johns: "I'll be performing these shows solo as I have been throughout the year, except for the London date at Union Chapel, where a few friends will be joining me. I'm excited that I can finally start playing people some new songs off the next record."
During the PAX AM sessions in LA last month, Johns took time out to play a special one-off performance to a packed house at the legendary McCabe's Guitar Shop.
