F.o.e.s (Fall Of Every Sparrow) And Atlas : Empire Come Together For A UK Co-headline Tour This June 2014

Est. 2013, F.O.E.S are a surprisingly recent group, and one with a fast-rising reputation. Having already caught the eye of Rock Sound, AltSounds, Hit the Floor Magazine and many more, this is a band only on the up. Public since August, F.O.E.S have already played with the likes of 36 Crazyfists, Hacktivist, andThe Icarus Line, and undertook their first UK tour in February/March 2014.

'Ophir', five tracks straddling the line between soberly stark post-rock and razor-sharp alt-rock, is their highly accomplished debut release. The result of five solid months of perfected crafting, the EP is a eminently repeatable musical showcase from this breaking band from the UK's northwest.

With a second release scheduled for early Autumn 2014 and a striking image (with more facial hair than you can shake a stick at) FALL OF EVERY SPARROW are a band about whom you'll be sure to hear plenty more of over the rest of the year.

'Ophir' was released on the 10th February 2014

More information on ATLAS : EMPIRE:

Hailing from Glasgow, Scotland, ATLAS : EMPIRE cite the in?uence of Aereogramme, The Dear Hunter, and Oceansize in the evolution of their sound, and this is charactrised by their unerring ability to create music that is both spacious and abrasive - a sound that many of their in?uences would be proud of.

The band show an impressive versatility throughout their most recent record 'Somnus' as they straddle various genres with ease. Post-hardcore sits neatly alongside the Maybeshewill inspired post-rock of 'Keep This In The Shallows', while the EP is sprinkled with the eclectic spirit and instrumental ambience of Oceansize.

'Somnus' was released 12th August 2013.
