Jimi Goodwin Announces First Solo Feb 2014 Live Dates

Jimi Goodwin precedes the release of his debut solo album Odludek with a handful of low-key UK live shows before a performance at BBC6 Music's two-day festival in Manchester.

The dates are:

24th Feb York, The Duchess. Tickets £15 
25th Feb Hebden Bridge, The Trades Club. Tickets £16 
27th Feb Chester, The Live Rooms. Tickets £15 
28th Feb Manchester, Victoria Warehouse - BBC6 Music Festival 

The BBC 6 Music Festival takes place in Manchester's Victoria Warehouse, home to the city's legendary Warehouse Project. The two day event will be launched on Tuesday (21st January) at Manchester's Piccadilly Records where Jimi will be performing two acoustic songs for the Lauren Laverne show around 11am.

As previously announced, Jimi supports Elbow on their April arena tou and plays at headline slot at Port Eliot Festival in Cornwall July 24th - 27th).

Odludek is released on Heavenly Recordings on March 24th. Q recently described the album as a "wildly trippy collection, a joyous collision between the scale and scope of Doves' music and the magpie-like attitude of Sub Sub." Oh! Whiskey, the first single from Odludek, is released on March 17th.
