Jimmy Davis Announces Autumn 2013 UK 'Give It All' Tour

The Give it All tour is a double-headline tour featuring two outstanding musicians, united by their deep friendship and passion for making music that matters. This is a tour that has been nearly a decade in the making, ever since Luke Concannon, then one half of the chart topping band Nizlopi (The JCB song), heard the gritty, yet uplifting sounds of Birmingham wordsmith Jimmy Davis. That was the back end of 2007. Davis had spent the earlier part of the year surviving sometimes on less that £50 a week as he poured heart and soul into the 18hr days required to bring his debut album to life. The hard work paid off as Luke and the Nizlopi team decided to invite Davis to support their upcoming tour, a tour notable for the frequent presence of a chubby ginger kid, who would go on to become a certain Ed Sheeran. A firm friendship was born, and the pair threw themselves into regular collaboration once Luke returned from a hitch hiking mission from England to Palestine-an adventure which included a chance encounter with a mountain bear, Singing for Armies, rebels, and a wedding party, and volunteering as a peace worker in the Palestinian Occupied Territories. All whilst writing his new album.
