This Many Boyfriends Announce Headline Show In London On May 14th 2013

Fresh from throwing their all into support slots with Exclamation Pony and Leeds' own Kaiser Chiefs on a sold out UK tour which culminated performing in their biggest venue to date at Brixton Academy, This Many Boyfriends are pleased to announce their next headline show in London will take place at the Sebright Arms on May 14th.

To celebrate this news we are giving away the track which was recorded as a bonus track for the Japanese version of their eponymous debut LP, a cover of Talking Heads' 'This Must Be The Place'.

Known for wearing their musical tastes on their collective sleeve, this cover further charts their love of Talking Heads and is a fitting follow-up to the release of single 'Tina Weymouth' in January.

Showing that there's more to This Many Boyfriends than the direct and jangly indie-pop associated with them, 'This Must Be The Place' gives them a chance to show off a slightly more mature and dreamy side.

Recorded at Leeds' Tamla Moortown studios by the band's own guitarist Ben Siddall, the track focuses on rhythm sections and harmonies; complete with guest vocals from Clara Patrick of Just Handshakes and Siddall himself.

This Many Boyfriends will play London's Sebright Arms on May 14th 2013 and their self-titled debut album is out now through Angular
