Prince William - Prince William And Kate Middleton Release Wedding Details
New details concerning the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton have been released, including the London route that the bride will take en route to Westminster Abbey on April 29th 2011, reports the Associated Press. It has also been confirmed that the ARCHBISHOP OF CANTERBURY will marry the couple.
Ms Middleton will travel to the Abbey by car via London's Horse Guards Parade, The Mall, Whitehall, and Parliament Square. The service will begin at 11am at which the Bishop of London will give an address and the Archbishop of Canterbury will marry the couple. Regarding the post-wedding events, a statement read, "The couple, now married, will return along a Processional Route in a carriage procession to Buckingham Palace. On arrival at the Palace, friends and family will gather for a private reception, hosted by The Queen". Prince Charles' office confirmed that he will host a dinner and dance for the newlyweds in the evening at Buckingham Palace.
It was assumed that an official statement would be released as to whom would be designing Ms Middleton's wedding gown, but so far no firm details have emerged. BRUCE OLDFIELD, the British fashion designer who was awarded an OBE in 1990, is thought to be among the favourites to create the dress.
