Pop superstar Prince performed a surprise show in Holland on Sunday (24Jul11) after scrapping concerts in Norway in light of the terror attacks.
The Scandinavian country has been plunged into mourning after more than 90 people were killed on Friday (22Jul11) in a bombing in Oslo and a massacre on the island of Utoya.
The Purple Rain hitmaker was due to perform at the Oslo Spektrum on Friday and Saturday but the gigs were called off after news of the killings broke.
The singer then announced a last-minute gig at Melkweg in Amsterdam and delighted fans with a two-hour set of his hits.
The most poignant event of the evening came as Prince paid a touching tribute to Amy Winehouse, who died on Saturday (23Jul11), by singing the Brit's ballad Love is a Losing Game.
Prince's axed Norwegian shows have been rescheduled for 2 and 3 August (11).
