Queen Elizabeth II is a great-grandmother again.
The British monarch's grandson Peter Phillips - the son of the Queen's daughter, Anne, Princess Royal and Mark Phillips - and his wife Autumn welcomed a baby girl at the Gloucester Royal Hospital in England on Thursday (29Mar12).
Isla Elizabeth, who weighed in at seven pounds, four ounces (3.6 kilograms), joins big sister Savannah, one, in the Phillips family.
A Buckingham Palace spokesperson says, "The Queen, the Duke of Edinburgh, the Princess Royal, Captain Mark Phillips and Autumn's family have been informed and are delighted with the news."
Little Isla becomes 13th in line to the British throne.
