Queen's West End musical WE WILL ROCK YOU will leave the London stage in October (06), following an acclaimed four-year run.

The stage show written by Ben Elton and based on the music of the Bohemian Rhapsody hitmakers will embark on a tour of Britain after closing at London's Dominion Theatre.

Producer PHIL McINTYRE says, "We are bursting with excitement. At last provincial audiences will get a true rock extravaganza.

"We can't wait to see the first night reactions throughout the country. We Will Rock You will rock the UK."

The London production of WE WILL ROCK YOU, which opened in May 2002, has spawned shows in Australia, Spain, Russia, America, Japan and Germany.
