Director Quentin Tarantino has apologised to Hollywood bosses for his failed movie GRINDHOUSE. The 44-year-old moviemaker is proud of the double-bill - he directed Death Proof and Robert Rodriguez made Planet Terror - but Tarantino feels sorry for producers the Weinstein Brothers, who lost money on it. He tells Empire magazine, "I called Harvey and Bob and apologised. Not for the movie, because we were all very proud of it, but I apologised that they had spent so much on the movie and that I didn't return their investment."
