Rachel Uchitel, the New York nightclub manager and former mistress of professional golfer Tiger Woods, refused to fly in standard class to a premiere party for reality series 'Celebrity Rehab', reports TMZ.com
The 35-year-old is a contestant on season four of the show, which sees celebrities battle their addiction, but after being told she could not fly first-class she refused to travel to Los Angeles for the event. Uchitel arrived at New York airport with a first-class ticket paid for by VH1, however, after the airline switched planes she was told to rebook in standard class. It is reported that Uchitel attempted to book a last-minute flight to Las Vegas instead, but after that flight was cancelled she returned home to her Manhattan apartment.
The socialite was revealed as a 'Celebrity Rehab' cast member on last night's season premiere (1st December 2010). Under the stewardship of Dr DREW PINKSKY, she and other celebrities including Janice Dickinson, Jeremy London and Eric Roberts, will attempt to turn their lives around and overcome their addictions.
