British actor Ralph Fiennes has been earmarked to play second cousin Sir Ranulph Fiennes in a future biopic.

The British explorer, 61, is keen for a member of the acting side of his successful family to portray him on screen - but he still has concerns over the CONSTANT GARDENER actor's facial features.

He says, "If there were ever a film made of my life, I suppose I would like to keep the lead role in the family, so I think it has to be Ralph.

"His nose is a worry. It might be a bit, ahem, Roman."
