Photographer Pleads Innocent Over Witherspoon Incident
LATEST: The photographer who allegedly ruined a family day out for actress Reese Witherspoon at a California theme park pleaded not guilty to charges including child endangerment and battery yesterday (12OCT05).
Paparazzo Todd Wallace was arrested by police last month (SEP05) after he reportedly attacked staff at Disney's California Adventure in Anaheim as they tried to keep him away from Witherspoon and stop him from taking pictures of her daughter AVA.
The 44-year-old was charged with child endangerment, interfering with a person's liberty and multiple counts of child battery last week (07OCT05).
Wallace claims he will present photographic and video evidence to the Los Angeles court which proves he did nothing wrong at the California theme park.
If found guilty, the photographer could face up to four years in prison.
