Rihanna has been accused of blowing off a court-ordered deposition five times.

The 'Stay' singer, 25, who is suing Berdon LLP of New York and two of its ex-employees for negligence that allegedly resulted in her losing millions of dollars, could be fined $100,000 for failing to sit down for an oral testimony.

A source told gossip website TMZ.com that the Barbados-born star first asked for an extension on her deposition in November 2012.

She then allegedly avoided a meeting on January 29, 2013, and on May 8 and 9, because she had concerts.

She most recently cancelled a pre-trial interview scheduled for June 19 because she claimed she was too ill.

An insider said that her former financial advisers are extremely angry, especially about the most recent cancellation, because they claim they spent $100,000 to set up a deposition in London because she was performing her 'Diamonds' world tour there at the time.

Berdon said it's ''been pushed beyond the breaking point'' and ''cannot excuse her behaviour.''

The firm has asked a judge to dismiss the singer's multi-million dollar lawsuit and wants her to be fined at least $100,000 for wasting their time and resources.

Rihanna filed a lawsuit in Manhattan Federal Court last July seeking unspecified damages for breach of contract and a string of other problems with her financial affairs.

The suit - filed under her real name Robyn Fenty - alleges Berdon caused ''significant financial losses'' between 2005 and 2010 by charging ''exorbitant'' commissions from her 'Last Girl on Earth Tour' in 2010 and accused the company of mishandling her taxes by withholding more funds than necessary, leading to ''a significant losses of tax benefits'' and failing to file taxes on time, causing late penalties.
