Rihanna is scared of child birth.
The 'Rude Boy' singer wants to have a baby one day but admits the reality of labour and the delivery terrifies her.
She told Bauer Radio's In:Demand show: "I'm really scared of the actual child birth situation, but I do want to be a mother one day."
Rihanna would be prepared to adopt to fulfil her dream of becoming a parent if that was her only option.
She added: "Even if I have to adopt I want to be a mother."
Following her tempestuous relationship with Chris Brown - which the pop beauty ended after he assaulted her - Rihanna now wants a man who is fun and can make her laugh.
The 22-year-old singer - who is currently dating baseball player Matt Kemp - said: "I definitely want a guy with a sense of humour because I love to laugh. Someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously, who likes to have fun - it should all be fun.
"Being in a relationship should be something that is exciting and makes you happy, so if the guy makes me happy then he gets a chance."
