The R.I.P hitmaker played Mia, the sister of Jamie Dornan's character Christian Grey, in the big screen adaptation of E.L. James' erotic novel and the pop star has been named in a leaked Sony email posted on the WikiLeaks website last week (ends19Apr15).

Ora's U.S. agent Franklin Latt wrote in an email to former Sony Pictures CEO Amy Pascal, "Rita, 23, will appear in Universal's upcoming Fifty Shades of Grey playing the role of Mia Grey and will appear in the next two installments of the movie... Excited for you to meet Rita Ora tomorrow. We all sat with her today and she's an incredible spark. Having just worked with Sam Taylor Wood and Antoine Fuqua, she'd love to continue working with great artists and find unique-strong female characters along the way."

The emails were revealed after hackers infiltrated the computer system of Sony Pictures and stole data including private communications, which have now been published in full on WikiLeaks.

The next film in the Fifty Shades franchise, Fifty Shades Darker, is slated for release in 2017.
